The Provider and Member Outreach Department prepares and implements provider and member outreach campaigns for managed care organizations. The team develops strategic plans through various media, and collaborates with partners in the local health care community and parent organizations in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

The Provider and member Outreach department develops tactical plans to support enrollment outreach to expand membership development and patient retention. Our team will evaluate provider offices and analyze the potential for new members, handle membership recruitment with plan partners, and help improve retention rates for existing members while encouraging prevention and awareness.

HealthSmart MSO, Provider outreach department provides ongoing education regarding Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and Medicare Advantage products to our contracted providers in accordance with Health Plan and Federal regulations.
