Healthcare is a service-driven industry. The Member Services/Eligibility department works with our contracted clients health plans to provide the most up-to-date member information for our physicians, claims, and utilization management department. HealthSmart MSO provides our Primary Care Physicians (“PCP”) a monthly E-list that is user friendly to track the PCP’s members and Initial Health Assessment Requirements. The member services staff are thoroughly trained to address member issues courteously and expediently in order to uphold the standard of our IPA’s, Health Plans, as well as each individual physician. HealthSmart MSO has a sophisticated “Call Center” that tracks and trends member calls.
