Provider Relations/Contracting is an integral component in maintaining the cohesiveness of our clients contracted networks. It is extremely important to keep lines of communication open between the healthcare providers, our clients and HealthSmart MSO. This department addresses and resolves concerns of the providers. HealthSmart has developed a courteous Provider Services Team to assist you in complying with IPA policies and procedures, health plan audits, and regulatory changes.
